Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–3 years in sales development, business development, or similar role.
• Experience in software sales or SDR/BDR positions preferred.
• Hands-on outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to learn AI tools and adopt new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned food and beverage brand accounts from prospecting through sales and repeat orders.
• Identify suitable retailers, independents, cafes, and coffee shops based on brand goals.
• Use AI prospecting tools to research retailers, build lead lists, and identify opportunities.
• Conduct outbound cold calls and email outreach to retailer buyers and decision-makers.
• Coordinate samples, follow up with prospects, and manage opportunities to PO completion.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and drive repeat purchases.
• Provide feedback on retailer outreach, customer interest, and sales opportunities.
