Job summary

High Sierra Talent LLC. seeks an outbound sales professional to own the full sales cycle for a portfolio of consumer brands in Austin. You will identify retailers, qualify leads with AI tools, and drive orders from first outreach to repeat business.

Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years of SDR/BDR/AE experience in tech or consumer goods.
• Hands-on cold outbound and prospecting experience.
• Resilience to rejection and confident in handling objections.
• Based in Austin, able to work on-site five days a week.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own brand accounts end to end, turning growth goals into a targeted retailer list.
• Use an AI prospecting platform to find and qualify best-fit retailers.
• Cold call and email store buyers and owners, send samples, and follow up until a purchase order closes.
• Manage accounts after the first sale: check in, drive reorders, and share retailer feedback with brands.
• Spend a few minutes each day giving product feedback to the engineering team.
