dynama is an AI-native broker for CPG brands. We are hiring founding sales team members to own outbound sales for a book of brands, end-to-end—from outreach to order. You will scope channels, conduct omnichannel outreach, and drive orders while building a scalable pipeline.

This is a high-autonomy role with equity and commission upside, ideal for up-and-coming sellers in Austin. You will work with early brands and leverage AI tools to improve prospecting.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of sales experience.
• CPG/foodservice distributor or brokerage experience is a plus.
• Comfortable dealing with rejection.
• Communicates with clarity and brevity.
• Organized across several brands.
• Fluent with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound sales for a book of brands from outreach to order.
• Omnichannel outreach via phone, email, and DMs.
• Get orders and assist distributor setup to drive PO collection.
• Collaborate across teams to optimize prospecting and messaging.
• Maintain and grow a live sales pipeline.
