ServiceNow seeks a Solution Consultant to impact revenue by supporting Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX solutions. You will guide product-specific solutions during sales cycles, working with Sales, Product Management, and leadership.

This role blends hands-on technical delivery with solution positioning and requires deep AI/workflow insights. You will lead discovery, demos, and workshops, build partner relationships, and provide product feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or workflows.
• 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions.
• Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
• Territory management including pipeline building with Sales counterpart to promote execution excellence.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team across industries.
• Lead discovery workshops and demonstrate products to align solutions with customer needs.
• Develop client partner relationships.
• Guide strategic programs in top accounts for roadmap and outcomes.
• Provide feedback to product management for enhancements.
• Share best practices and reusable assets with the team.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events including executive briefings and conferences.
