Job summary

ServiceNow in Australia is seeking a Senior Advisory Solution Consultant to lead CRM & Industry Workflows for education across universities, TAFEs and state departments. You will shape transformation strategies, run multi-stakeholder pursuits, and deliver demonstrations that tie education processes to ServiceNow capabilities, including AI and automation, while partnering with sales and executives.

You will mentor colleagues, extend reference architectures, and travel across Australia as required

Qualifications

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
10+ years in pre-sales solution consulting, sales engineering or a related technical advisory role.
A real understanding of how education institutions operate, including student lifecycle and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead the education CRM pursuits across universities and education departments from discovery through to technical win.
Shape solutions by turning institutional challenges into transformation strategies on ServiceNow.
Build and demonstrate integrations, configure demos, and stand up lightweight POCs or portals.
Support wider public sector pursuits, including state and federal agencies.
Mentor Solution Consultants and develop reusable assets for the team.
