Job summary

One Eighty Collective is seeking a hands-on Demand Generation leader with deep SaaS ABM experience to own and execute the ABM strategy. This role offers direct visibility to company leadership and will guide a small team to scale demand gen.

You will build and run named-account campaigns targeting enterprise buyers, leverage AI daily to plan and optimize programs, and partner with sales/BDR to accelerate pipeline. The role is fully remote with competitive compensation and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• This role is a strong fit for demand generation or ABM leaders who’ve owned pipeline growth at a similarly sized B2B SaaS company.
• Ran ABM and demand generation programs in B2B SaaS.
• Built pipeline programs at a company near $10-20M ARR.
• Used AI tools to speed campaign planning and targeting.
• Low-ego, hands-on approach without a fixed playbook.
• HubSpot or similar CRM/ABM tooling.
• Agency background (not majority of career experience).

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation and ABM strategy end to end, creating best-in-class account-based-marketing.
• Build and run named-account campaigns targeting enterprise buyers.
• Utilize AI on a daily basis to build and execute strategy, campaigns, and more.
• Partner closely with sales and BDR teams on pipeline.
• Manage digital marketing spend and ROI within commercial budget.
• Direct and develop two marketing team members.
