Job summary

Cyera is seeking a highly capable Customer Success Engineer for the Ohio Valley. The role focuses on optimizing customer utilization and ROI, with travel 25-50% annually to engage with clients and strengthen relationships.

You will act as a technical lead for Cyera Platform, drive adoption, and collaborate with customers from practitioners to executives. Strong cloud, data tech, and scripting skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years in data technologies and cloud technologies.
• Experience in software with customer-facing role is essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical expert on the Cyera Platform.
• Drive customer onboarding and training to ensure adoption.
• Develop joint success plans and customize use cases.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to QA and roadmap discussions.
