Job summary

Cyera is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer for the West region, based in California. You will serve as the technical expert for the Cyera Platform, guiding customers from onboarding to renewal.

Travel 25-50% is expected annually to engage with clients and showcase value while advocating for the customer voice in Cyera’s roadmap. Remote-friendly with performance incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required; BS in CS or related field a plus.
• 12 years experience in project management and multi-project execution with strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter thriving in fast-paced startup environments.
• Results-oriented with proven revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical expert on the Cyera Platform and act as trusted advisor to customers at all levels.
• Drive customer adoption through onboarding and training, ensuring sustained value realization.
• Design and deliver customized use cases aligned with customer goals using a consultative approach.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and collaborate to expand customer relationships.
