Harness in Washington, DC seeks a Federal Sales Engineer to bridge sales and engineering, articulating platform value to executives and technical teams. You will drive demonstrations, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and guide customers through technical engagements.
Ideal candidates combine software development or DevOps experience with strong cloud knowledge and Terraform expertise, and are willing to travel within the territory. Federal experience is a plus.
Formación
- Deliver strong product demonstrations that tell a value story to executives.
- Explain how workflows map to business outcomes and technical value.
- Articulate platform benefits during RFIs/RFPs and customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with engineering to convey customer requirements.
Responsabilidades
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations of Harness.
- Work directly with customers to debug common deployment errors.
- Tie business problems to technical solutions and craft value propositions.
- Drive complex technical engagements to prove Harness value.
- Represent the product at field events and conferences.
