Job summary

EY is seeking a senior leader to guide the AI Platform Engineering group, owning infrastructure, Kubernetes, and cloud-native layers. The role blends hands-on technical work with strategic leadership across cloud, on‑prem, edge, and air‑gapped targets.

You will set roadmaps, drive reliability, and partner with security and product teams to deliver scalable, portable, and compliant AI environments for EY workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 10+ years building or operating enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• 3+ years leading or directing engineering teams.
• Experience owning a platform or infrastructure roadmap end to end.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes distributions and cluster lifecycle at production scale.
• Hands-on with GPU infrastructure and AI inference serving.
• Experience with infrastructure‑as‑code and GitOps tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the AI Platform Infrastructure Engineering team.
• Contribute hands-on on the hardest platform components and troubleshooting.
• Own the infrastructure delivery roadmap with phased capabilities.
• Operate EY Agentic AI environments across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Ensure secure execution, inference, and routing for AI workloads.
• Define SLOs, on-call practices, incidents, and DR processes.
• Manage budgets, capacity plans, and vendor relationships.
