Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery for PS (Pharmacy Segment) and PCW (Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness) Lines of business.
• Lead teams comprising engineering managers, architects, engineers, product leads, and quality engineers.
• Drive modernization and automation initiatives (e.g., API modernization, platform migration) with AI integration.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and leadership to identify quality risks and improve customer experience.
• Oversee budgeting, capital processes, and quality improvement activities.
• Provide strategic and tactical engineering leadership, including roadmaps and delivery plans.
