CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Director for the A&BC product team to lead the AI-powered clinical data insights platform that enables automation and smarter clinician workflows. This hands-on role combines product management, clinical data knowledge, and collaboration with data science and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in enterprise product management, deep AI/ML experience, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across cross-functional groups.

Formación

• 8+ years in product management for enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML products.
• 6+ years working with AI/ML and Generative AI products and architectures.
• 5+ years influencing senior stakeholders and communicating with technical, clinical, and business audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Define platform strategy and own the platform roadmap.
• Lead the platform from concept through delivery with Data Science and Engineering.
• Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities and drive adoption.
• Structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and prioritize investments with clinical and business value.
• Define platform health metrics and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
