Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML products.
• 8+ years of analytical and product judgment; able to translate data into strategy.
• 6+ years working with AI/ML and Generative AI products and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of clinical and application needs through discovery and data analysis to identify reusable platform capabilities.
• Structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and prioritize platform investments with high value.
• Define platform strategy and own roadmap, translate needs into reusable, scalable capabilities.
• Own multi‑year roadmap and trade‑offs across clinical value, team productivity, feasibility, and outcomes.
• Lead platform delivery in collaboration with Data Science and Engineering, balancing build vs. buy vs. vendor.
• Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities and drive adoption.
• Define platform health metrics: coverage, accuracy, reliability, adoption.
