Wellington Management seeks a Director, AI Business Enablement Strategist to lead AI adoption across the Infrastructure Platform. The role partners with COO and Chief Product Owners to translate AI strategy into practical roadmaps, outcomes, and scalable delivery.

The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking, operational execution, change leadership, and hands-on delivery across complex functions. Reporting to the COO, the role focuses on aligning AI priorities with enterprise capabilities,

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale transformation or business enablement initiatives with AI-native workloads.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, automation, and emerging agentic technologies.
• Proven ability to drive organizational adoption of new technologies at scale.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior executives.
• Experience working within a product operating model and partnering with Product Owners.

Responsibilities

• Develop a shared AI strategy and coordinated roadmap for the Infrastructure Platform.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across workflows to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Translate priorities into product roadmaps, investment cases and sequencing decisions.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive AI adoption and integrate AI into core processes.
• Ensure governance, risk, and responsible AI practices across Infrastructure functions.
• Lead change management to enable AI-enabled transformation at scale.
