Piper Companies is seeking a Client Success Consultant for an innovative AI software organization located in Raleigh, NC. The role is onsite in Raleigh, NC but open to remote candidates in the Central and Eastern Time Zones.

The ideal candidate will manage implementation activities, conduct customer calls, and address technical questions related to networking and cloud technologies. Strong communication skills and independence in a remote setting are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in technology, SaaS, customer success, or technical support.
• Strong understanding of on-premises and cloud-based technology environments.
• Knowledge of IP addressing DNS, domain registration, and related concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation and onboarding activities.
• Conduct high-volume outbound and scheduled customer calls to ensure successful platform deployment.
• Assist clients with technical questions related to networking fundamentals and cloud technologies.
• Track customer milestones, adoption of metrics, and implementation progress.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to improve the overall customer experience.
• Provide proactive recommendations that increase customer satisfaction and platform utilization.

Compensation for the Client Success Consultant Includes:

• $20-$35 per hour
