Job summary

Provectus, an AI consultancy and solutions provider, seeks a Business Development & Partner Manager to own two revenue motions: converting partner-sourced leads and building a self-sourced pipeline from scratch.

You will manage Anthropic and AWS partnerships, close enterprise deals, and expand joint opportunities while independently prospecting FSIs and Life Sciences accounts. Travel up to 40% is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in business development or alliance management.
• Proven track record managing partner relationships (Anthropic, AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar).
• Experience closing full enterprise sales cycles from discovery to signed SOW.
• Ability to prospect independently and sell consulting engagements (multi-month).

Responsibilities

• Own Anthropic channel partner motion: qualify and close enterprise leads through full sales cycle.
• Prospect enterprise accounts independently, build relationships on the East Coast, manage end-to-end deals.
• Collaborate with delivery and architecture teams to scope proposals and feed market intelligence.
