Job summary

Dust is seeking a Partnerships Solutions Engineer to help build the technical foundation of our US partner ecosystem. You will work with Partnerships, Sales Engineering, Product, and partner teams to turn relationships into repeatable AI solutions and successful customer outcomes.

You will help partners develop Dust-based offerings and establish delivery frameworks. In this hands-on role, you will craft repeatable processes, lead technical workshops, and enable partners to position, demonstrate,

Qualifications

Experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Forward Deployed Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role.
Hands-on experience building AI applications, agents, automations, or enterprise software integrations.
Strong understanding of MCPs, APIs, technical architecture, and connecting business systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

Build partner offerings with consulting/tech partners to develop packaged AI solutions on Dust.
Translate partner expertise and customer workflows into reusable agent templates and blueprints.
Develop repeatable delivery playbooks covering discovery, design, deployment, and onboarding; create reusable assets.
Lead technical workshops, solution design sessions, demos, and proofs of concept with partners and customers.
Drive cross-functional execution with Sales, Product, and Engineering to remove blockers and improve solutions.
