Job summary

Dust is hiring a Global Head of AI Deployment & Partner Delivery to make high-impact Dust deployments repeatable at scale. You will lead our global AI Deployment team, turn successful deployments into playbooks, and build a partner delivery capacity that enables more customers to succeed with Dust.

This is a player-coach leadership role overseeing cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Partnerships, Product, and Engineering to connect customer goals

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading and developing customer-facing deployment or delivery teams, ideally across multiple regions or customer segments and through periods of fast change.
• Led complex enterprise deployments or transformation programs and delivered measurable customer outcomes.
• Built or improved a deployment methodology, professional services model, or delivery function to scale.
• Led organizational change alongside technology rollouts, and built champion networks or adoption plans.
• Understands systems integrators, consultancies, and implementation partners and how to staff, deliver, and grow a practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the global AI Deployment team, setting direction, priorities and standards.
• Define a single deployment method for Dust and partner teams to follow to the same standard.
• Lead complex deployments from scoping to adoption with cross-functional involvement.
• Build a high-quality partner delivery network with partnerships and onboarding/training programs.
• Track delivery health, run reviews, and convert lessons into reusable playbooks and templates.
