Job summary

Dust is seeking a Partnerships Solutions Engineer to help build the technical foundation of Dust's partner ecosystem in the US. You’ll work with Partnerships, Sales Engineering, Product, and partner teams to turn relationships into repeatable solutions and customer outcomes, including AI offerings built on Dust.

This hands-on role sits at the intersection of AI, technical implementation, and go-to-market strategy, requiring collaboration across partner delivery and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on experience building AI applications, agents, or enterprise software integrations.
• Strong understanding of APIs, MCP ecosystem, and technical architectures.
• Ability to translate customer problems into practical technical solutions and repeatable implementation approaches.
• Strong communication skills with technical teams, consultants, and business stakeholders.
• Builder mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated to create repeatable processes.

Responsibilities

• Build partner offerings with consulting and technology partners.
• Develop repeatable delivery frameworks and reference architectures.
• Enable partners technically through workshops, demos, and PoCs.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Sales Engineering, Product, and Engineering.
