Job summary

Dust is hiring a Head of AI Deployment & Partner Delivery to make high-impact Dust deployments repeatable at scale. You will lead a global team, shape deployment playbooks, and build a partner network to drive adoption across customers and industries.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Partnerships, Product, and Engineering to align objectives and measure value. This is a player-coach leadership role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Six+ years leading customer-facing deployment or delivery teams.
• Led complex enterprise deployments with measurable outcomes.
• Built or improved deployment methodologies or delivery functions.
• Drove organizational change alongside technology rollouts.
• Understood SI/consultancy staffing and partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the global AI Deployment team with priorities and standards.
• Define a single deployment method used by Dust and partners.
• Lead high-priority, complex deployments from scoping to adoption.
• Build and manage a high-quality partner delivery network.
• Track adoption, manage risks, and hand off to Customer Success with a clear path forward.
