Job summary

Dust is seeking a Partner Manager to build its US partner ecosystem from the ground up. You will own the private equity charter, recruit and activate partners, and create joint GTM plans that convert into pipeline and revenue.

You'll report to the Head of US Partnerships and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering. The role requires building from zero and delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Partner-led GTM experience showing pipeline generation and sales enablement.
• Built or launched a partner program or GTM motion from zero.
• Ability to turn relationships into opportunities and revenue.
• Demonstrated senior-level relationship skills with executives.
• Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and activate tech and solution partnerships with clear joint value and GTM plans.
• Run day-to-day partner engagement from outreach to qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Lead the private equity charter, building PE firm relationships and opportunities.
• Design and test Dust’s PE motions and document scalable playbooks.
• Shape the broader ecosystem and prioritize opportunities with the Head of US Partnerships.
