Job summary

Provectus is seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Associate to grow two revenue motions: converting partner-sourced leads from Anthropic and AWS into Provectus clients, and building pipeline in Financial Services and Life Sciences. You’ll work with BD leadership, own deals end-to-end, and develop into a full-cycle enterprise seller.

You’ll engage with partner teams, qualify opportunities, and drive co-sell activities to expand our AI services footprint.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in business development, partnerships, or sales in B2B tech.
• Experience with partner ecosystems (AWS, Anthropic, MS, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Track record moving deals through full sales cycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for VP-level audiences.
• Curiosity about AI and enterprise adoption.

Responsibilities

• Convert partner-sourced leads from Anthropic and AWS into Provectus clients.
• Own deals from discovery through proposal and signed SOW with BD leadership support.
• Build and maintain joint pipeline; assist quarterly business reviews and co-sell events.
• Develop relationships with Anthropic and AWS field reps as first call for implementations.
• Collaborate with delivery leads to scope accurate proposals; sell consulting engagements.
