Job summary

Google is seeking a Strategy and Operations Lead, AI Partner Engagement within Global Partnerships to shape partner strategy and executive engagements. The role connects Google's AI offerings to partner needs, coordinating with Cloud, Ads, DeepMind, Knowledge and Information, and Google Labs to drive growth.

It combines leadership, operations, and AI strategy, with duties spanning planning, storytelling, and cross-functional execution across US offices, including Sunnyvale and Mountain View, CA.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 6+ years in management consulting, sales ops, business strategy or corporate advisory.
• Experience in partnerships, marketing, or program and event planning.
• Preferred: MBA or graduate degree; experience leading executive summits and senior-level events; strong storytelling for executives; interest in AI.

Responsibilities

• Influence strategic partnerships with Partner Managers and account teams.
• Help C-level executives understand ROI and business value of Google’s AI solutions.
• Plan executive conversations, technical discussions, and workshops at Google Experience Centers.
• Build agendas aligned with account plans and partnership goals.
• Manage executive summits and briefings from planning to follow-up.
• Create repeatable processes for AI Innovation Labs and AI go-to-market efforts.
