Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Strategy and Operations Lead for AI Partner Engagement to synthesize Google’s AI offerings across Cloud, Ads, Knowledge and Information, DeepMind, and Google Labs. You will guide executive engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and shape the partner experience to accelerate strategic partnerships and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
• Experience in partnerships, marketing, or program/event planning.

Responsibilities

• Influence strategic partnerships by collaborating with Partner Managers and account teams to inspire C-level decision-makers and demonstrate ROI of Google's AI solutions.
• Lead planning for engaging, high-impact conversations, technical discussions, and interactive workshops in Google Experience Centers.
• Head partnerships with cross-functional teams to develop agendas aligned with account plans and partnership goals.
• Manage executive summits and briefings from pre-planning to post-meeting debriefs and scale best practices.
• Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and support AI-focused executive summits and go-to-market strategy.
