Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Strategic Partner Development Principal Lead in Google Labs. You will drive high-impact partnerships, negotiate complex agreements, and coordinate with Product, Engineering and Legal teams to scale frontier AI collaborations.

The role requires executive-level communication, broad industry experience, and a track record of leading multi-stakeholder initiatives across global markets. This is a senior, on-site role in Mountain View, with global collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, or 8 years with advanced degree.
• Experience in Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
• Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage early-stage startups across priority verticals to drive adoption of frontier models and structure first-of-a-kind commercial agreements and pilot SOWs.
• Establish and scale institutional partnership frameworks with venture capital networks to onboard high-growth portfolio companies into Google developer programs.
• Run a highly efficient, parallel agreement engine by overseeing rapid, standardized business agreements and accelerate deep technical benchmarking and co-development.
• Guide partners in defining and tracking specialized performance metrics that showcase value of Google AI integrations, enabling co-marketing and launches.
• Coordinate closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Corporate Strategy teams to streamline processes, manage incentive allocation, and resolve contract hurdles.
