Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Director of Operations for a flexible, remote role to help train AI systems on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The candidate will design and refine workflows, capacity plans, and SOP playbooks within a fast-paced operations environment.

We require 4+ years in operations management or related fields, strong craftsmanship with documents, spreadsheets, and slides, and excellent written communication. Start ASAP; compensation is $70/hour with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing capacity planning models, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, or workflow process maps in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Experience authoring standard operating procedure playbooks and process improvement business cases that measurably reduced cost or cycle time.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
