Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced clinical operations directors to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Work is fully remote with flexible scheduling and a starting ASAP.

Requirements include 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign, and expert-level document craftsmanship. 5–20 hours per week at $100/hour. You'll briefing executives on staffing and throughput models and contribute to dashboards and analyses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign.
• Experience building staffing, reimbursement, or patient throughput models for briefing hospital executives.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Develop models for patient throughput, bed utilization, staffing, and costs.
• Prepare dashboards and briefing materials for hospital leadership.
