Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced Head of Operations for a fully remote, flexible engagement in Canada. You will lead capacity planning, inventory forecasting and workflow map initiatives to optimize AI-generated documents, spreadsheets and slides across core operations.

The role emphasizes strong written communication, SOP creation, and continuous process improvement. The position offers flexible hours (5–20+ per week) with a compensation of $70/hour and immediate start.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing capacity planning models in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Experience creating and maintaining inventory forecasting spreadsheets and workflow maps.
• Demonstrated ability to write SOP playbooks and business cases that cut costs or cycle time.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets and slide decks for core workflows.
• Develop and optimize capacity planning models and process maps to improve efficiency.
• Author SOP playbooks and business cases that reduce cost or cycle time.
• Ensure high-quality craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets and slide materials with strong written communication.
