• Diagnose bottlenecks and build AI-native solutions that improve how teams work.
• Partner with CEO to identify and deliver AI-driven opportunities.
• Shape the company’s AI operating model, defining best practices, tools and scalable workflows.
• Assess make-vs-buy and turn AI solutions into repeatable ways of working.
