This role blends people leadership, technical direction, and client-facing coaching, focusing on building scalable, secure AI-driven transformations while guiding grads through career development and real-world deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, software engineering, or a highly technical customer-facing role.
• 1+ years of experience managing technical teams, acting as a tech lead, or mentoring early-career engineers/consultants.
• Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java) and modern web architectures (React, REST APIs, GraphQL).
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Emerging Talent AI Builders through coaching, performance reviews, and career development planning.
• Guide graduates in designing agentic reasoning, prompt engineering, and tool integration with engineering rigor.
• Oversee the Grad Builder Program, matching projects, tracking milestones, and coordinating with University Recruiting.
