World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking an experienced Developer to join the AI Native Engineering team within IT. This role focuses on driving AI tooling adoption, training across the IT organization, and building scalable AI-enabled engineering patterns.

You will help establish standards, reference architectures, and enablement content while interacting with senior leadership. A strong background in software development and AI tooling is essential, along with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience across multiple tech stacks.
• Experience evaluating or integrating AI-related development tools.
• Strong understanding of modern engineering practices (DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing).
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear guidance for broad audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI training content across the IT organization.
• Develop AI training material including docs, demos, and videos.
• Create live sessions and presentations for various audience sizes.
• Define AI-augmented engineering workflows and patterns.
• Collaborate with teams to pilot and scale new AI tools and methods.
• Produce reference architectures and reusable enablement assets.
