World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Manager, Development — AI Execution Platforms to lead a cross‑functional team building AI-enabled internal platforms on Azure and low‑code tooling. Remote nationwide US role with strong leadership and delivery expectations.

You will guide a pro‑code and low‑code delivery track, manage stakeholders, ensure security and quality, and grow the team while shipping production applications using React/TypeScript, FastAPI, and Boomi/Retool/Power Automate.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software or platform engineering
• 3+ years managing developers or leading delivery teams
• Experience with AI development and AI coding tools
• Ability to handle aggressively changing requirements and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team delivering internal platforms and tooling
• Balance strong personalities and channel energy into output
• Navigate changing requirements and maintain progress
• Own delivery of production apps on React/TypeScript, FastAPI, Azure
• Advise on AI-assisted development practices and guardrails
• Oversee Boomi/Retool/Power Automate portfolio and governance
