World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a senior AI/IT role within its Internal IT team and the AI Center of Excellence to build, integrate, and scale AI platforms across the enterprise.

You will develop data pipelines, dashboards, and automation, while mentoring teammates and aligning with governance, security, and privacy requirements. This role emphasizes collaboration with Legal and Security teams and driving platform adoption across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, MIS, a technical-related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience developing distributed/scalable systems.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Experience building data pipelines, usage analytics, or reporting dashboards.
• Experience with AI tools and models, including OpenAI SDK and AI frameworks.
• Have shipped an AI-driven application to production.
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations and automation across WWT's workforce AI platforms using their APIs.
• Develop adoption and usage analytics pipelines, dashboards, and reporting that surface platform value.
• Create self-service enablement tooling—internal portals, skills libraries, plugins, and resources for employees.
• Automating platform administration, provisioning, and licensing governance to keep operations efficient and compliant.
• Building demos and technical tooling to support AI Competency Center programming, including hackathons and showcases.
• Furthering the adoption of AI platforms across WWT.
