Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Senior Developer for the Workforce AI team within our IT AI Center of Excellence. You will build integrations, automation, and analytics tooling that measure and govern workforce AI platforms across the enterprise.

Top candidates will have 5+ years of experience, strong API skills, and hands-on work with AI tools and platforms. This role offers remote nationwide opportunities and a path to impact thousands of employees leveraging AI in daily work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a technical field.
• 5+ years developing distributed/scalable systems.
• Experience building data pipelines, analytics dashboards, and reporting.
• Proficiency developing and consuming APIs, including enterprise SaaS integrations.
• Experience with AI platforms and OpenAI SDK.

Responsibilities

• Build software in an agile environment using web, data, and AI technologies.
• Design and maintain integrations across enterprise AI platforms.
• Develop data pipelines, analytics, and dashboards to surface platform value.
• Create self-service tooling and enablement resources for employees.
