Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) seeks a Manager of Development — AI Execution Platforms to lead a high- impact team building AI-enabled internal and client-facing tools. The role covers pro-code and low-code/integration tracks, prioritizes architectural excellence, and maintains delivery velocity in a fast-changing environment.

You will drive standards, mentor engineers, and partner with executives to align roadmaps with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software or platform engineering with 3+ years in delivery leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead senior ICs and resolve friction productively.
• Experience with AI coding tools and AI-assisted development practices.
• Experience governing low-code / iPaaS platforms at scale (Boomi, Retool, Power Automate).
• Strong web stack judgment for React/TypeScript and Python/FastAPI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Execution Engineers, Architects, and low-code builders delivering internal platforms and customer-facing tooling.
• Manage strong personalities and channel energy into output rather than conflict.
• Adapt to aggressive, changing requirements and protect the team from whiplash.
• Own delivery across a portfolio of production apps on React/TypeScript, FastAPI/PostgreSQL, and Azure.
