Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) seeks an AI COE Developer to design and build software across a range of AI platforms, tools, and languages. You will help drive the adoption of AI services and support product delivery teams in delivering scalable AI solutions.

The role requires hands-on coding, mentoring, and an ability to align technical work with business needs. A strong background in distributed systems and OpenAI SDK is essential, with comfort in cloud environments and producing production-ready

Qualifications

• BS degree in computer science, engineering, MIS or related field.
• 5+ years building distributed/scalable systems.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, Java or C++.
• Experience with APIs and modern software development practices.
• Experience shipping AI-driven applications to production.

Responsibilities

• Build software in an agile environment using web, data and AI technologies.
• Evaluate new tools, models and frameworks and share best practices.
• Mentor team members and lead projects with ambiguous scope.
• Ensure solutions scale, are cost-effective, and maintainable.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate progress.
