- 8+ years in software/ platform engineering
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of Execution Engineers, Execution Architects, and low-code builders
- Manage strong personalities and align them toward delivery
- Adapt to aggressive, changing requirements and deadlines
- Own delivery across production apps built on React/TypeScript, FastAPI/PostgreSQL, and Azure Container Apps
- Drive AI-assisted development practices with clear guardrails
- Oversee Boomi, Retool, and Power Automate portfolio: intake, standards, governance
- Enforce engineering standards without slowing the team
- Run sprint cadences, capacity planning, and performance management
- Represent development in executive reviews with risk and roadmap updates
