EY seeks an AI Native Engineering Manager to deliver scalable AI/ML solutions for Power & Utilities clients. You will work with diverse teams and clients to translate priorities into analytics that drive governance, reliability, and efficiency.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage delivery, and evolve solutions from pilots to production in regulated environments, with a strong emphasis on governance and risk management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 6–10 years’ AI/Data Science experience.
• Strong Python, ML, and data modeling skills with production experience.
• Experience leading technical teams and client-facing delivery.
• Knowledge of regulated environments, risk, and governance.
• Proficient in modern cloud analytics, DevOps, and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workstreams, manage processes, and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify innovative solutions through research and analysis.
• Supervise teams and maintain accountability for results.
• Engage with clients and lead sessions from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage economics.
• Design and deliver AI/ML use cases for Power & Utilities with data integration.
