EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering to deliver scalable AI/ML solutions for Power & Utilities clients. You will work with cross‑functional client teams to design, implement, and production‑ize analytics that address asset health, outage prediction, demand forecasting, and regulatory analytics.

The role involves leading delivery, guiding teams, and ensuring value delivery in a highly regulated context.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• 6–10 years of AI/Data experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience managing technical teams.
• Strong Python skills and cloud platform experience.
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks and MLOps workflows.
• Ability to lead diverse, global teams and communicate clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workstreams and ensure effective delivery of projects.
• Identify innovative solutions through research and analysis.
• Supervise teams and ensure high-quality, compliant analytics initiatives.
• Engage with clients, run sessions, and guide projects from planning to closure.
• Translate AI outputs into business insights for utility executives and operators.
