Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering to deliver scalable AI/ML solutions for Power & Utilities, across cloud and on-prem environments. You’ll work with diverse clients to implement data pipelines, develop high‑performance models, and industrialize analytics with strong governance.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, collaborate with IT and business leaders, and drive opportunities for expanded services while ensuring compliance and risk management in regulated settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6–10 years of full-time experience in AI, Data Science and/or Machine Learning.
• 2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong skills in Python.
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate with diverse teams.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining production AI/ML on a major cloud platform.
• Proficient in Generative AI models and frameworks (OpenAI, Dall‑e, Langchain, RAG) and ML packages like scikit‑learn and PyTorch.
• Experience with NLP and deep learning.
• Extensive experience with DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps), Agile (Jira), and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and manage project delivery.
• Identify innovative solutions through research and analysis.
• Supervise teams and manage engagement economics.
• Engage with clients and run workstreams from planning to closure.
• Translate AI/analytics outputs into business insights for executives.
