EY is seeking a senior AI Native Engineering Manager to lead the design and delivery of scalable AI/ML solutions for Power & Utilities clients in a global, regulated environment. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross‑functional teams, client engagement, and governance‑minded development.

You will guide teams through planning, development, and deployment of AI/analytic solutions, leveraging cloud platforms and modern data pipelines while ensuring compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6–10 years of full‑time experience in AI, Data Science, and/or Machine Learning.
• 2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong skills in Python.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining high‑impact production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead teams.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Deliver scalable AI/ML solutions for Power & Utilities and other clients.
• Engage actively with clients and supervise teams of professionals.
• Translate AI/analytics outputs into business‑relevant insights for executives and regulators.
• Ensure regulatory, cybersecurity, and data governance requirements are met.
