EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering to lead delivery of advanced AI/ML solutions for Power & Utilities clients. You’ll work with diverse, global teams to translate data science insights into scalable analytics products across cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive regulated, reliable, and innovative AI applications, shaping solutions from pilots to production while maintaining governance and risk management standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6–10 years of experience in AI, data science, and/or machine learning.
• 2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong skills in Python and ML frameworks.
• Experience designing and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.

Responsabilités

• Lead workstreams and deliverables for AI/ML initiatives.
• Guide teams across data engineering, analytics, and software engineering.
• Engage with clients and translate AI outputs into business insights.
• Ensure governance, risk, and regulatory considerations for utilities AI solutions.
