EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering to lead teams delivering data science and AI solutions for Power & Utilities clients. You’ll integrate diverse data sources, guide cross-functional teams, and translate analytics into business insights while navigating regulatory and governance expectations.

You will work in EY’s hybrid model, collaborating with clients and specialists across disciplines, with opportunities to influence how AI is applied in regulated environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–10 years of full-time AI/Data Science/Machine Learning experience.
• 2–4 years of direct technical team management experience.
• Strong Python skills and cloud platform experience.
• Experience with Generative AI models and ML frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workstreams and manage project delivery.
• Identify innovative process improvements through research and analysis.
• Supervise teams to deliver complex technical initiatives with accountability for results.
• Engage with clients, run daily sessions, and guide work from planning to closure.
• Design and deliver AI/ML use cases relevant to Power & Utilities.
