Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in AI Native Engineering to drive data science and big data projects for Power & Utilities clients. You will design scalable AI/ML solutions, guide cross-functional teams, and translate analytics into business outcomes, collaborating with diverse client teams and EY experts.

You will work with data sources like SCADA, GIS, and EAM systems, pushing production deployments, ensuring governance, and navigating regulatory environments to deliver measurable EY value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6-10 years of AI, data science and/or ML experience is preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Proficient in Python and cloud platform deployments.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage projects end-to-end.
• Improve processes through research and analysis.
• Supervise teams delivering complex technical initiatives.
• Engage with clients and lead sessions from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
• Design and deliver AI/ML use cases for Power & Utilities (e.g., asset health, outage prediction).
• Work with utility data sources (SCADA, GIS, EAM, OMS, CIS) and integrate into analytics platforms.
• Support moving AI solutions from pilot to production with regulatory and governance adherence.
