Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering to lead cutting-edge data science initiatives for Power & Utilities clients. You will guide teams, manage client engagements, and deliver scalable AI/ML solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.

You’ll work with diverse teams, translate analytics into business insights, and navigate regulatory and governance requirements in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of AI, data science or ML work experience.
• Experience leading technical teams and client delivery.
• Strong Python and cloud platform skills (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and manage project delivery with client engagement.
• Guide teams to design and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Translate AI outputs into business insights for utility executives and regulators.
