EY is seeking a Senior Manager in AI Native Engineering to lead cutting-edge AI/ML solutions for Power & Utilities engagements. You will guide diverse teams, translate complex data into actionable insights, and collaborate with clients to implement scalable analytics across cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will drive technical excellence, manage delivery, and navigate governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory considerations while advancing EY’s AI capabilities and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• 6–10 years’ experience in AI, data science, and/or ML.
• 2–4 years’ experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience designing and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on major cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Generative AI models and frameworks (OpenAI, Langchain, RAG).
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and ML workflows.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

• Lead workstreams and manage project delivery.
• Identify innovative solutions through research and analysis.
• Supervise professional staff and deliver complex technical initiatives.
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Design and deliver AI/ML use cases for utility clients and translate data into insights.
• Collaborate with data engineers to integrate diverse data sources and ensure governance.
