EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering to lead delivery of innovative data science and AI solutions for Power & Utilities clients. You will collaborate with diverse teams and clients to translate regulated priorities into scalable analytics, from data sources to production-grade models.

You will manage technical teams, guide solution design, and ensure governance, security, and regulatory compliance across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• 6-10 years of relevant experience in AI, Data Science, and/or Machine Learning.
• 2-4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and projects.
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Design, build and deploy AI/ML solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments.
