EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering to drive scalable AI/ML solutions for Power & Utilities clients, working with diverse teams across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will lead delivery, guide talented teams, and ensure governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance while delivering measurable business value. This role emphasizes collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams to translate analytics into strategic insights.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field is required.
• 6–10 years of full-time AI/Data Science/ML experience.
• 2–4 years of direct people-management experience.
• Strong Python skills and production ML/AI experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workstreams and manage delivery with accountability for results.
• Identify innovative solutions through research and analysis to improve processes.
• Supervise teams and mentor professionals to deliver complex technical initiatives.
• Engage with clients and lead sessions from planning through execution to closure.
• Translate AI outputs into business insights for utility executives and regulators.
