EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering to drive data science and AI initiatives for Power & Utilities clients. You’ll lead diverse teams, deliver scalable AI/ML solutions, and collaborate with business, IT and operations to generate measurable impact.

You will work in a hybrid, client-facing environment with opportunities for continuous learning, career growth, and cross-functional collaboration across EY’s global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 6–10 years in AI, data science or ML.
• Strong Python, cloud and production ML experience.
• Ability to lead teams and manage client engagements.
• Experience with regulated environments and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams, manage processes and project delivery.
• Mentor teams and ensure high-quality technical outcomes.
• Engage with clients and drive solution adoption.
• Translate AI outputs into business insights for executives.
• Design and deploy AI/ML use cases in Power & Utilities.
• Collaborate across data, IT and operations to scale analytics.
