Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering to lead data science and big data initiatives for Power & Utilities clients. The role involves translating regulated priorities into scalable AI solutions and working with cross-functional teams and clients globally.

You will mentor teams, drive delivery from planning to closure, and ensure production-grade analytics while meeting governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6–10 years of AI/DS/ML experience.
• 2–4 years leading technical teams.
• Strong Python and cloud platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and project management.
• Improve processes with research and analysis.
• Manage teams delivering complex technical initiatives.
• Engage with clients and lead sessions from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
• Design/deliver AI/ML use cases for Power & Utilities.
• Work with utility data sources and modern analytics platforms.
